Account of the sale of Ebenezer Howell's Three Hearts Tavern to Henry Darby—with John Evans Jr., Esquire as his securer. Darby paid Howell sixty-five pounds while the Honorable John Evans paid the remaining four hundred and seventy pounds. The sale took place on September 19, 1774.
